Fresh Upcoming Honda Cars In India
1. Honda Jazz Facelift
The Jazz facelift is among several other fresh upcoming Honda cars in India that will go on sale in the country in the next duo of years. The previous generation Jazz failed to live up to the company’s expectations. It was eventually phased out and the reason behind the failure is its overpricing. Despite price cuts and other attempts, the Jazz could not turn out to be a good seller. In 2015, Honda re-introduced this popular global brand in India with sportier looks and a fresh diesel engine that lacked earlier. After initial success, the vehicle’s sales spotted a regular dip and failed to withstand competition in the segment.
In a bid to improve sales, the Japanese maker is planning to give Jazz a major makeover for the very first time in the Indian market. The premium hatchback will get styling tweaks to both inwards and out. Furthermore, the diesel model will have lower NVH (Noise Stimulation Harshness) levels. Like the fresh City, the premium hatch will be tooled with a fresh 7.0-inch DigiPad infotainment system with in-built navigation and MirrorLink. The updated Jazz is already on sale in the Japanese market, where is tooled with several high-end safety features like pedestrian collision mitigation steering system, lane keeping assist system and adaptive cruise control. Having said that, there will no switches under the bondage mask and in transmission options. Know More
